The Concept

Johnson Realty Advisors, Inc. was created to bring a higher level of service to the commercial and investment brokerage arena in the Fredericksburg area.   Most brokerage companies, no matter how large, consist of an administrative broker overseeing a group of agents working independently on their own listings.   It is our theory that in the extremely complex world of commercial and investment real estate that an integrated, experienced team approach is critical to marketing success. 

While we are not the biggest, we are the best in the Fredericksburg area.   We are a boutique firm and will remain so.  It is our view that the process we have developed for marketing and managing commercial and investment real estate virtually insures success.   Not withstanding any of the foregoing, however, a review of the enclosed completed transactions and the depth of the experience of the principles give the truest measure of our capability to succeed.
