Most brokerage companies, no matter how large, consist of an administrative broker overseeing a group of agents working independently on their own listings. It is our theory that in the extremely complex world of commercial and investment real estate that an integrated, experienced team approach is critical to marketing success. At Johnson Realty Advisors, Inc. each real estate situation is handled by a five-person team headed by Fitz Johnson, the founder and the president of the company. There are no independent agents. Mr. Johnson is assisted by two licensed marketing agents who were personally trained by him. This sales group is backed by an asset manager and a research director who assist the marketing professionals with all the details now associated with commercial real estate such as zoning, utilities, engineering, insurance, wetlands, storm water management, proffers, environmental, timber, title, tax assessments and appeals, etc.
While we are not the biggest, we are the best in the Fredericksburg area. We are a boutique firm and will remain so. It is our view that the process we have developed for marketing and managing commercial and investment real estate virtually insures success.
